Cloudiness

The extreme northern latitudes may tend to be cloudier, but there is insufficient sample in the extreme southern latitudes to say. It also tends to be cloudier in cities located either side of the equator (+/- 20 degrees). Selecting more days to sample throughout the year would be helpful to see if this is indeed the case.
